QT-1 is a home robot project currently in development. This page explains what data we collect when you visit this site or join our early access waitlist, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We've tried to keep it short and human-readable.

1. Who we are

QT-1 is a project run by an independent team building consumer robotics. This site exists to gauge demand and share progress before launch. If you want to reach us, write to hello@qt-1.example.

2. What we collect

• Email address — when you join the early access waitlist. This is the only personal data we ask for.
• Basic analytics — anonymous, aggregated data about page views, scroll depth, and traffic source. No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.
• Ad platform pixels — if you arrive from a Meta/Google ad, those platforms may set their own cookies. You can opt out via your browser settings or the platforms' own controls.

3. Why we collect it

• To email you once when QT-1 is ready to order.
• To send occasional progress updates (optional — you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To measure which messages and channels work, so we can build better.

4. How we store it

Emails are stored with a third-party email service provider (e.g., Resend, Mailchimp, or equivalent). The provider operates under standard EU and US data protection terms. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone else.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you live in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time (just unsubscribe or email us).

6. Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies — only what's needed for analytics and (if you came via an ad) ad measurement. If we add anything more invasive in the future, we'll show a cookie banner first.

7. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced via email if you're on the waitlist.

Plain-English version: we collect your email so we can tell you when QT-1 is ready. We don't sell it. We don't spam. You can leave any time.
