These terms govern your use of this website and the QT-1 early access waitlist. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to the following.
1. The site is informational
QT-1 is currently in development. This site describes what we are designing. Final product specifications, pricing, ship dates, and features may change. Photos labeled "concept preview" are not photos of a shipping product.
2. The waitlist is not a purchase
Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, pre-order, or binding reservation. We do not take payment. You will be notified when QT-1 is ready to order, at which point you may choose to purchase or not.
3. Pricing
The "$499 early-access price" is our current goal — not a guaranteed price. We will not raise the price for waitlist members without notice and a chance to opt out before any purchase.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to harvest data, attempt to access non-public areas, or submit fake email addresses on someone else's behalf. Be reasonable.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, brand, "QT-1" name — is the property of QT-1 Robotics. You may share links and screenshots. Please don't republish entire pages as your own.
6. No warranty (yet)
This site is provided "as is" while we build. Once QT-1 ships, a separate product warranty will apply (target: 2 years).
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of this site or your decision to join (or leave) the waitlist.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QT-1 Robotics is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration or, where required, by the local consumer protection authority of your country of residence.

Plain-English version: this is a waitlist for a robot we're building. The price and dates are targets, not promises. Joining is free and non-binding.
